Hello! I'm Doris one of your hosts at Simcoe B&B. My family and I moved to this beautiful town of Smithers, BC 4 years ago to enjoy a more relaxed and slower paced environment compared to the big city life we left behind, we were not disappointed! It is definitely a town of four seasons and offers a wide selection of activities to get into! Whether it be World Class Steelhead Fishing, Golfing, Skiing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Historical landmarks and so much more you can see or do.
Our property is situated just on the outskirts of town with a quiet rural setting yet an 8 minute drive to downtown. Our Main street boasts an array of wonderful shops to wander in and out of with so many beautiful locally made treasures. Our goal was to share the natural beauty that surrounds us with the many tourists that frequent Smithers, BC from year to year by offering a comfortable place for our guests to come Explore-Relax-Repeat.
What can our Guests Expect?
Tranquility, plain and simple. The suite is very private and offers all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation yet just like being at home! All you need to do is Explore-Relax-Repeat. The Suite has a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, full bathroom as well as a washer and dryer! Although we do not offer any meals at our B&B we do provide you with a few essentials for a light breakfast that you can make on your own before you head out the door.
Before heading out for a day of adventure, enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the fenced in patio while watching our little friends that frequently visit.
Or take a nature walk throughout the many trails on the property....
